2. Platform Rights:

- Service Changes: The platform can modify features, functionalities, or terms at its discretion.
- Licenses: Publicly shared content may be used for marketing, and technical modifications may be applied for service delivery.
3. Referral Program:
- Rewards for referring users are subject to limitations and can be revoked if abuse or unfair advantage is detected.
4. Conduct Guidelines:
- Prohibits sharing of infringing, explicit, or harmful content.
- Prevents unauthorized usage, such as distributing algorithms, scraping data, or violating user privacy.
5. Licenses and Deletion:
- Licenses for user submissions are perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, and royalty-free.
- Deletion of content may not remove all traces due to potential storage by others or technical records.
Content Management
- Removing Your Content:
- Users can remove their content anytime and should ensure they have the rights to it.
- Loomz.AI can also remove content for various reasons, including policy violations or legal issues.
- Copyright & Publicity Rights Compliance:
- A detailed DMCA Takedown Procedure is in place.
- If a copyright infringement claim arises, the platform can remove content and notify the content provider.
- Users can counter such claims through a formal Counter-Notice Procedure.
User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for the content they contribute, ensuring they hold all necessary rights.
- Loomz.AI disclaims liability for user-posted content and interactions.
Third-Party Links and Applications
- The service may link to or depend on third-party platforms, over which Loomz.AI assumes no responsibility.
- Mobile apps downloaded via Apple or Google stores have additional terms, often favoring the more restrictive clauses.
Account Suspension & Termination
- By Users:
- Users can delete their accounts, with the option to download data beforehand.
- By Loomz.AI:
- Loomz.AI can suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
- Users are encouraged to back up critical data, as account termination may erase content permanently.
- Post-Termination Effects:
- Certain legal and policy provisions survive termination, such as indemnity and intellectual property rights.
Software Licenses
- Software provided as part of the service is licensed for limited use.
- Open-source components are governed by their own licenses.
- Mobile applications are subject to App Store-specific rules.
- Fees and Payments:
- Services may be free or paid. If a service becomes paid, users will be notified and must agree to the applicable fees.
- Users are responsible for any data or message charges from their wireless carriers when using the services, such as text messaging fees.
- Paid Services:
- Some services are paid now or in the future, and terms related to these will be provided on the Paid Services page.
- Payment terms, including credit card details, are required for purchasing paid services.
- Billing:
- Payment information, such as credit card details, must be provided to complete a purchase. The information provided must be accurate and up to date.
- Payment may be processed through third-party payment processors, and any errors or issues related to payment processing are not the responsibility of the service provider.
- Recurring Billing:

- Reaffirmation of Authorization:
- By continuing to use a paid service, users reaffirm their authorization for the service provider to charge their payment method.
- Free Trials and Promotions:
- Free trials must be used within a specified period, and cancellation before the trial ends is required to avoid being charged.
- The service provider may modify or cancel trial offers without notice.
Refund Policy
At Loomz.ai, we are committed to providing the best service and user experience possible. Please review our refund policy below:
- Subscription-based services:
- If you are subscribed to a monthly or annual plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Refunds for Subscriptions: We offer a full refund for subscriptions canceled within the first 7 days from the purchase date. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued, but you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
- One-time purchases:
- If you made a one-time purchase for a specific service, product, or feature, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within 7 days of the purchase, and it must meet the following conditions:
- The product or service was not delivered as described or failed to meet its key functionality.
- You are experiencing significant technical issues that cannot be resolved through support.
- Refund requests:

- Stripe Compliance:
- We comply with Stripe's refund and dispute policies, which allow us to issue refunds for legitimate reasons such as unauthorized transactions or product/service issues.
- We will not issue refunds for cases of buyer's remorse or if the service was used as intended.
- Disputes and chargebacks:
- If you have a dispute with a charge, please reach out to us directly so that we can resolve the issue amicably. If a chargeback is filed through Stripe without prior contact, we may not be able to provide a refund.
- Preventing unnecessary refunds:
- We encourage users to review our services and products carefully before making a purchase. If you are uncertain about a feature or plan, please reach out to us for clarification before proceeding with the payment.
